การลบข้อมูล / Data Deletion Instructions

ข้อมูลที่ AutoTale เก็บ

• ชื่อ, อีเมล, รหัสผ่าน (เข้ารหัส)
• ประวัติการสร้างคลิป + สคริปต์ที่สร้าง
• ไฟล์มีเดีย (วิดีโอ/เสียง/ภาพ) — เก็บ 7 วันหลังโพส
• ข้อมูล Facebook: ID เพจ, ชื่อเพจ, access token (ฝั่ง server เท่านั้น)
• ประวัติเครดิตและธุรกรรม

วิธีที่ 1 — ยกเลิกการเชื่อม Facebook (ทำเองในเว็บได้ทันที)

1. เข้าสู่ระบบที่ AutoTale
2. ไปที่ /account/facebook
3. กดปุ่ม "ยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อ Facebook"
4. ระบบจะลบ access token + ข้อมูลเพจที่เชื่อมไว้ออกจากฐานข้อมูลทันที

หมายเหตุ: การยกเลิกการเชื่อม ไม่ลบบัญชี AutoTale และไม่ลบคลิปที่เคยสร้างไว้

วิธีที่ 2 — ลบบัญชี AutoTale ทั้งหมด (ติดต่อทีมงาน)

1. ส่งอีเมลถึง kukkaihk_112@hotmail.com
2. ใช้หัวข้อ: Request account deletion
3. ส่งจากอีเมลที่ใช้สมัครบัญชี AutoTale
4. ระบุชื่อบัญชี + อีเมล + เหตุผล (ไม่บังคับ)

เราจะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลทั้งหมดของคุณภายใน 30 วัน และส่งอีเมลยืนยันเมื่อเสร็จ ข้อมูลที่ถูกลบจะไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้

วิธีที่ 3 — ลบ AutoTale ออกจาก Facebook

1. เข้า Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites (facebook.com/settings?tab=applications)
2. หา "AutoTale" ในรายการ → กด Remove
3. Facebook จะส่งคำขอลบข้อมูลมายังระบบเรา และเราจะลบข้อมูล Facebook ที่เก็บไว้ภายใน 30 วัน

ข้อมูลที่ถูกลบ

• ข้อมูลบัญชี (ชื่อ, อีเมล, รหัสผ่าน)
• ข้อมูล Facebook (token, page id, page token)
• คลิป, สคริปต์, ภาพ, เสียงที่สร้างไว้
• ประวัติเครดิตและธุรกรรม
• Activity log

* ข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต้องเก็บตามกฎหมาย (เช่น ใบเสร็จ ตามกฎหมายภาษีอากร) เราจะเก็บไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด แล้วลบอัตโนมัติ

ก. สำหรับผู้ที่เคยทักเข้าไปหาเพจหรือ LINE OA ของร้านค้า (บริการ ChatHub)

• ติดต่อร้านค้านั้นโดยตรงเพื่อขอให้ลบประวัติการสนทนา
• หรือส่งอีเมลมาที่ kukkaihk_112@hotmail.com หัวข้อ Request data deletion พร้อมระบุชื่อเพจหรือ LINE OA และชื่อที่ใช้สนทนา — เราจะประสานกับร้านค้าและลบภายใน 30 วัน
• ถ้าลบแอปออกจาก Facebook (Settings → Apps and Websites) Facebook จะส่งคำขอลบข้อมูล มาที่ระบบเรา และเราจะลบข้อมูลของผู้ใช้รายนั้นภายใน 30 วัน

ข. สำหรับร้านค้าที่ใช้บริการ ChatHub

• ยกเลิกการเชื่อมช่องทางได้เองในเว็บ ระบบจะลบ token และหยุดรับข้อความทันที
• ขอลบบัญชีร้านทั้งหมดได้โดยส่งอีเมลมาที่อีเมลข้างต้น
• เมื่อลบบัญชีร้าน จะลบทั้งคลังคำตอบ ประวัติแชทของลูกค้าทุกราย ข้อมูลช่องทางที่เชื่อมไว้ และบันทึกการใช้งาน

What data AutoTale stores

• Name, email, password (bcrypt-hashed)
• Created videos, scripts, prompts
• Generated media (video / audio / image) — kept 7 days after publish
• Facebook data: page ID, page name, access token (server-side only)
• Credit balance and transaction history

Method 1 — Disconnect Facebook (self-service, instant)

1. Sign in to AutoTale
2. Go to /account/facebook
3. Click "Disconnect Facebook"
4. The access token and stored page data will be removed from our database immediately.

Note: disconnecting Facebook does NOT delete your AutoTale account or previously generated videos.

Method 2 — Delete your entire AutoTale account

1. Email kukkaihk_112@hotmail.com
2. Subject: Request account deletion
3. Send from the email address you used to register
4. Include your account name and optional reason

We will permanently delete your data within 30 days and send a confirmation email when complete. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Method 3 — Remove AutoTale from Facebook

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find "AutoTale" and click Remove
3. Facebook will send a deletion request to our system. We will delete the Facebook-related data we hold within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Account data (name, email, password)
• Facebook data (tokens, page IDs, page tokens)
• Generated videos, scripts, images, audio
• Credit balance and transaction history
• Activity log

* Records we are required to retain for legal/tax compliance (e.g. invoices) will be retained for the legally mandated period and then automatically deleted.

A. If you messaged a merchant's Facebook Page or LINE OA (ChatHub service)

• Contact that merchant directly and ask them to delete your conversation history.
• Or email kukkaihk_112@hotmail.com with the subject Request data deletion, naming the Page or LINE OA and the name you chatted under. We will coordinate with the merchant and delete it within 30 days.
• If you remove the app from Facebook (Settings → Apps and Websites), Facebook sends a deletion request to our system and we delete that user's data within 30 days.

B. If you are a merchant using ChatHub

• Disconnect a channel yourself in the web app — the token is deleted and message intake stops immediately.
• To delete your whole merchant account, email the address above.
• Deleting a merchant account removes the answer library, every customer's chat history, the connected channel data, and the usage logs.
